Grainy Textures

G'day all,

It's that crazy time of year again. I hope you are taking the time to relax and enjoy and letting the hectic countdown to Christmas stress you to much.


Things have been a little busy around here, winding up the year with our business, family and such. So I haven't had a great deal of time to make textures but I did manage to put together this grainy pack for you.

The Tin Lid Project

So I was looking for some surfaces for textures and I came across this old tin box I had stashed away.
I scanned the lid inside and out and came up with these. I did get a little carried away when creating them so there are 12 to choose from. The packs contain a PNG of the lid plus a solid background of each file.

I think they are quite effective when used,  so give them a try.

G'day and happy Thanksgiving to all!

I created this for our faestock users group challenge #36. We have been on hold since Feb as Jessica (faestock) had closed her stock modeling account on deviantArt and I for one am delight that she has decided to reopened her account. I love using her images in my art work, there's always something to inspire the imagination.  Jessica is a wonderful photographer and model with a very fun loving and generous spirit that shines through her work.

Grungy Wall textures

Hi all,

I hope you're having a great start to your weekend.

Here's a new pack of six grungy wall textures I created this morning, followed by an example use.

Texture @100% overlay

I then duplicated the images, desaturated and set it to 100% multiply above the texture layer and add the dragonfly just for fun ;))
